4. Refund Method
If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

For payments made via credit/debit card and cash-on-delivery (COD) purchases refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Please allow 14 business days for the refund to be processed.

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges
